Toledo's Lake Erie Monarchs won the 2011 Zanesville Regional with an undefeated 3-0 performance. It is the second time the have swept the Zanesville Regional. They won the right to advance to the national tournament but was forced to decline, so runner-up Chicago-Metro will advance to Johnstown. Chicago-Metro suffered two loses to Toledo, but eliminated the other three teams in the regional.
Qualification
Zanesville (as regional host) and Chicago-Metro (runners-up) advance to Johnstown for the national tournament. Champion Toledo withdrew due to injuries.
