AAABA teams are housed either downtown at the Holiday Inn or in the dormitories on the campus of UPJ. For family, friends and fans, there are also hotels available downtown and in Richland.

The downtown hotels are the Holiday Inn and Super 8 Motel. Holiday Inn is an award winning hotel on Market Street and features its own restaurant, Carrigan's. Team registration takes place in the hotel conference room. Point Stadium is only a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Further away is the Super 8 Motel, located across from the new Johnstown Tech Park in Kernville.

In Richland, hotels are the Holiday Inn Express, Sleep Inn, Comfort Inn, Hampton Inn, and Super 8. All are located near Route 219, which is the main highway through Richland, providing easy access to downtown and the outlying fields. Holiday Inn Express is located on Scalp Avenue and provides quick access to many local restaurants. Sleep and Comfort Inns are sister buildings across from the Walmart Plaza and nearest to the UPJ field. Hampton Inn and Super 8 are slightly to the north. All are close to the Johnstown Galleria, a two-story shopping mall serving the Laurel Highlands region.
